Sample Recipe: Sour Cream Blueberry Cake

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 stp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. blueberries
1/2 c. light brown sugar

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs one at a time beating after each addition. Add dry ingredients, alternating with sour cream, ending with flour. Stir in vanilla. Fold in 1 c. blueberries. Pour half the batter in a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Cover with remaining blueberries. Spinkle with brown sugar and top with remaining batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
